The parts of the roof you want to check next are some weak points on your roof.Places such as chimneys are areas that are weak spots of the roof and it leaks there a lot.  In our roofing Oceanside service we always check those areas because it is so common that it leaks there.  It is an easy fix by just making sure you seal that area.

Finally you want to check for points on the roof where a nail has penetrated.A lot of times the people who put the roof in when they are nailing it in, those very nail spots aren’t sealed.  This is the cause of leaks that we find in my Rancho Bernardo roofing service.  This is also a very easy fix by just finding the spot then sealing it.
